Preheat oven at 200 DC.

1. Boil the chops in garlic and onions, salt, paprika and thyme for 15 minutes on medium/high heat.

2. Once the loins are tender (pierce with fork or knife to check), drain from the broth and set aside to let cool for about 10 minutes.

TIP: You can save the broth and reheat at serving with some flour to thicken and use as a gravy for the chops. *Check out the recipe for homemade gravy here.*

3. Once the chops are cool, dry and dip individually in the egg and milk mixture then dredge through the breadcrumbs mixture, pat down the breadcrumbs mixture on each lamb to make sure they are well coated.

like so

done. Lay breaded chops on a oiled oven tray or dish and set the apples and peppers around the chops, then place the dish into the oven for 10 minutes on each side at 180 degrees or until the chop jackets have browned.

Once jackets are browned serve immediately.

These chops go great with rice, chips, potatoes or just some veggies.

I had mine with some homemade butter mash.

Enjoy !
