Creamy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
Spaghetti 1/2 pack
Cooked chicken breast 500g
Cooking creme 1/2 cup
1 large green bell pepper
1 large red bell pepper
1 small cucumber
Grated Parmesan 1/4 cup
2 garlic cloves
Oregano 1/2 tbsp
Parsley 1/2 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Cayenne pepper 1 tsp

Prep:
Dice garlic
Slice peppers and cucumbers
Cut cooked chicken breast into large cubes

Instructions:
1. In a pot, add spaghetti, peppers and cucumber slices, salt and boil the spaghetti according to packet instructions.

2. In a large skillet, add 2 tablespoon of olive oil and fry garlic until transparent. Then add the chicken pieces. Fry the chicken pieces on both side until browned, around 30 seconds.
3. Then pour in the cooking creme, add salt, black pepper, parsley, oregano, cayenne pepper and stir.
Reduce the heat to low for the chicken sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the drained, cooked pasta with the peppers and cucumber and stir in sauce until incorporated.
Cook together for a further 5 minutes on low heat.
done. Remove the skillet from the burner and sprinkle on grated Parmesan.
