Butter and Garlic Steak

Ingredients:
Rib - Eye Steak 300g
Garlic 3 cloves
4 Scotch bonnets
Salt (to taste)
Parsley 2 tsp
Rosemary 2 tsp
Thyme 1 tsp
Butter 3 tbsp

Prep:
​
Dice garlic.
Chop bonnets.
Slice the steak into strips and salt.
​
Pre-heat the grill at a medium setting.
​
Instructions:
​
1. In a frying pan, melt butter then add garlic. Fry until garlic is transparent then add parsley, rosemary, thyme and bonnets and fry for a further 2 minutes stirring continuously.
​
2. Before the butter cools, cover your steak slices in the mixture, generously.
​
3. Place the slices on a grill tray and grill at on a medium setting, and grill to your desired doneness.
​
For rare: 5 minutes for each side
​
For medium: 8 minutes for each side
​
For well done: 10 minutes for each side
​
done. Once your steak is done, remove from the grill and serve with your desired side...or just snack on it ;) (it's something I can do).
