Prep:

Cut your loaf bread into medium thick slices or cut your sliced bread in half and set aside. In a bowl add milk and eggs and whisk gently with fork. Once the milk and eggs are smoothly mixed together add vanilla extract, sugar, salt and cinnamon and stir the mixture together.

Instructions:

1) Place a large skillet on the cooker and set to medium heat, on the skillet add a small cube of butter and allow it to melt, just enough to have a think layer of melted butter in the skillet.

2) While the butter is melting prepare some of your bread slices by dipping them into the eggy mixture, let the bread sit in the mixture for about 3 seconds on both sides then place on hot skillet. Do this repeatedly with the rest of the bread melting more butter to the skillet as needed to make sure it doesn't dry out.

Make sure your skillet is at a steady medium heat throughout so some of your toast slices aren't darker than others.
