Pringles Popcorn Chicken

Here is another one of the videos shot with Maggi Nigeria.

We wanted to innovate new recipes that would be easy to whip up and made tastier with Maggi, and this was one of 9 recipes I worked with.

I love the popcorn chicken from KFC but I wanted to do something different to the whole flour based popcorn chicken so I decided to try out this Pringles recipe and I must say it was divine ! I should have made a lot more because just like in the cinema, my popcorn bowl was empty before the movie started so I would advise you to double the yield suggested below when you’re making this.

I used Sour Cream and Onion Pringles because they’re my fave, I would try other flavor but I don’t really like any others (I like what I like), someone please try another flavor Pringles with this recipe and let me know how it taste !

Snack time just got a lot more interesting.

Thank me later…
