Honey & Banana Oats
you oat to have breakfast everyday...
With this quick and easy (and healthy) recipe, there are no more reason to skip breakfast on weekdays !

Ingredients:

Oats, 2 small cups
Honey 3/4 cup
Evaporated Milk 1/4 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Honey 4 tbsp
4 small Bananas
Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
Cinnamon 2 tsp
Vanilla Extract 2 tsp

Prep:

Slice bananas and set aside.
​
Instructions:
​
1. In a medium sized sauce pan, add the two parts of milk, brown sugar and heat on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously to avoid the milk and sugar curdling.
​
2. Then, add the cinnamon, vanilla, honey and stir contents together on low heat before slowly stirring in the oats.
​
3. Continue to stir the oats until all the flakes are incorporated into the milk. Cook for a further 8 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly and adding water/oats as needed to achieve your desired consistency/quantity.

done. Once oats are ready, serve immediately topping with slices of bananas and extra honey.
